Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Answering a multi-line phone system for several dozen companies
Follow a detailed call handling procedure for each client
Scheduling Appointments, filling out intake forms and taking messages
Sorting and filing mail, mail scanning and uploading
Logging packages and client drop-offs
Greeting visitors and clients to the office in a professional and friendly manner
Data entry and programming phone software
Administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining supplies for the office, light cleaning of conference rooms and main areas, maintaining a filing system and tracking client usage
Responding promptly to emails and messages
Programming new client services
Witness and Notarize documents for clients
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
