They are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented front desk receptionist responsible for administrative and clerical tasks, managing patient communication, scheduling, and supporting MedSpa operations.

Responsibilities
Assists in the day-to-day operations of surgery and procedure coordination to include but not limited to
Communication with patients
Obtaining records
Client scheduling
Client check out
Assisting patients with their documents and sign-in procedures
Providing treatment quotes
Reconciling patient balances
Assists in the day-to-day operations of MedSpa to include but not limited to
Anticipate, identify and ensure client needs are being met in a friendly and professional manner
Efficiently and cordially answer phones educating clients on services/products
Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of medical spa and products in order to optimize customer satisfaction
Schedules and confirms all appointments according to spa protocols in order to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Fulfills product orders in a timely manner
Assist in marketing and content creation
The role may require handling additional responsibilities as needed to support MedSpa operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one year experience in medical/cosmetic surgery office setting
Strong customer service skills
Medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in office software and social media platforms
