Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of cases from intake to lawsuit filing
Managing discovery and exhibits
Preparing essential documents for various legal proceedings
Ensuring effective medical management by coordinating regular client appointments with orthopedic or specialized doctors
Maintaining the damages/medical bills tab in Litify
Contributing to the gathering of information for discovery responses
Expediting the ordering of medical records and bills with persistent follow-ups
Organizing all medical records by provider in chronological order
Keeping files well-organized and up to date in Litify
Providing monthly courtesy calls to clients for updates and check-ins
Collaborating professionally with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
Candidate must have experience in Personal Injury law
Candidate must have (3) years minimum of experience in litigation
Candidate must have Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation
Candidate must have intense research, verbal and written communication, and people skills
Candidate must have excellent attention to detail
Candidate must have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Candidate must have the ability to work independently
