Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Leaders within the Dealer Group, providing strategic HR insights and solutions
Develop a deep understanding of the Dealer Group’s business strategy, goals, and challenges
Participate in leadership meetings to influence decisions with HR expertise
Assess engagement levels and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction, motivation, and retention
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Dealer Group
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
Partner with managers on performance management and career development strategies
Develop and administer HR policies tailored to Dealer Group needs while ensuring compliance with corporate standards
Advise on employment law and regulatory requirements
Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness
Provide insights on compensation, benefits, and workforce trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or senior advisory role

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
