Responsibilities
Assist in the prep and presentation of Preliminary and Final Investment Memoranda to the firm's Investment Committee
Assist with underwriting new investment opportunities
Participate in acquisitions and asset management due diligence
Review annual operating budgets and assist in annual business plan preparation and presentation
Assist with acquisition, development, and disposition transactions
Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios
Maintain portfolio models
Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports
Maintain property valuation files
Analyze lease transactions
Prepare and update portfolio-level reports
Assist with property management related functions
Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team that includes the disciplines of finance, research, acquisitions, asset management and marketing
Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling – proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required and experience in Argus Enterprise strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects with minimal supervision
0-2 year post-graduate experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in real estate or finance
Preferred
