AgenticShip is building a high-impact AI services practice delivering production-grade AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic systems for clients across the US and Europe. They are seeking a Business Development & Growth Partner to lead client acquisition and partnerships, managing the sales process from outreach to contract execution.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close clients across US and European markets
Lead conversations with senior stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, Product Leaders, and executives)
Run discovery calls to understand business and technical requirements
Manage the sales process end-to-end, from initial outreach to contract execution
Collaborate with technical leadership to shape tailored AI and data solutions
Navigate enterprise and corporate sales processes, including longer deal cycles

Required

Based in the United States or Europe
Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory
Proven experience in B2B business development, consulting, or services sales
Familiarity with US and/or European business culture and sales processes
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
Comfortable working independently in a partner-style role
