Director of Revenue Operations
Continuous is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and grow online revenue for VisualCron, a Windows-based automation platform. The role involves optimizing the full-funnel experience for customers, defining strategies for digital sales, and collaborating across teams to improve trial activation and conversion outcomes.

Responsibilities
Onboard and gain a full understanding of the VisualCron product, its capabilities, key automations, and technical buyer personas (IT Ops, sysadmins, developers, automation engineers). Map the current trial-to-activation journey, identifying friction points from download through installation and initial job creation
Assess performance of the current GTM motion (traffic, trial conversion, install success rate, buying experience), and identify 60-day improvement opportunities
Establish relationships across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support—teams closely involved in supporting VisualCron users
Prioritize and execute the most impactful actions to improve trial conversion, feature discovery, technical onboarding, and purchase readiness. Lead the development of an integrated digital strategy: SEO (automation, scheduling, RPA keywords), paid media, retargeting, content, email nurture, and website optimization
Partner with the Website Manager to strengthen and scale VisualCron.com—improving navigation, trial clarity, download flow, and technical content depth
Implement analytics to monitor the full journey from traffic to download to install to activation then purchase
Work with Sales Ops to evolve metrics, improve license purchase workflows, and enhance the tech stack supporting evaluation and conversion
Build and own the annual business plan for the VisualCron ecommerce channel, including revenue and margin targets
Develop and optimize digital touchpoints that guide prospects through technical validation—installation guidance, onboarding content, tutorials, feature explainers, and use-case pathways
Partner with Product to align on roadmap messaging and ensure new features are communicated clearly to highly technical audiences
Collaborate with Support and Customer Success to identify early user blockers and translate them into marketing, content, and UX improvements
Develop a 24‑month roadmap for VisualCron’s ecommerce growth engine focused on: trial quality, activation, channel expansion, revenue growth, and improved margins
Qualification
Required
Experience in digital/ecommerce growth for technical software products (on‑prem, hybrid, or developer/IT‑focused preferred)
Demonstrated success improving trial-to-purchase funnels for complex or technical products
Understanding of automation, task scheduling, RPA, workload automation, or adjacent technical categories
Experience developing integrated digital marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing and web analytics tools
Exceptional communication skills, including technical content simplification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
