Program Operations Coordinator
LingaTech is seeking a highly organized administrative professional to facilitate and manage complex business approval requirements for supported agencies. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated liaison, streamlining a high-volume request backlog through proactive communication and meticulous process coordination.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Work directly with agency customers to document business requirements in alignment with established organizational policies
Documentation Management: Prepare and submit comprehensive information packets to security, legal, and administrative approvers to ensure compliance
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate meetings with diverse legal, business, and security teams to drive timely approvals of business requests
Contractual Review: Interpret and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documentation
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors to communicate cloud use documentation and organizational requirements clearly
Solution Research: Investigate existing internal solutions to determine if current resources can meet newly documented business needs
Process Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to customers on the business approval lifecycle and underlying policies
Backlog Management: Track and manage the current volume of requests to improve overall delivery efficiency
Information Facilitation: Act as a central liaison to resolve requests for additional information throughout the approval process
Qualification
Required
3 Years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and service skills
2 Years of full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (official title of Project Manager not required)
1 Year of experience in vendor management, specifically collaborating on requirements and documentation
Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to lead stakeholders and maintain high levels of organization and detail in a fast-paced environment
