Responsibilities
Develop civil site designs in accordance with project requirements, client goals, and applicable codes
Perform hydrology and stormwater management analysis to support site development
Prepare grading plans, utility layouts, and other civil engineering construction documents
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained
Conduct field visits to support design implementation and construction verification
Assist in project documentation, reporting, and technical communication
Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance with civil engineering and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
2–5 years of civil/site design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of hydrology, stormwater management, and site design principles
Strong collaboration skills in a multi-discipline team environment
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Willingness to work in the field
Interest in growing toward a project manager role
U.S. Citizen
Preferred
FE/EIT certification is a plus
