Responsibilities
Oversee the performance of a multi-property real estate portfolio across Connecticut
Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance value and returns
Analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
Partner with property management teams to drive operational efficiency
Manage capital improvement plans and major projects
Monitor market trends, valuations, and investment performance
Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and due diligence efforts
Ensure compliance with local regulations, leases, and reporting requirements
Prepare and present portfolio reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or a similar role
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Experience managing third-party property managers
Solid understanding of Connecticut real estate markets
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with real estate and financial software (e.g., Yardi, Argus, Excel)
