Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for government contract accounting and compliance
Oversee monthly and year end close for assigned legal entities
Coordinate accounting activities across internal teams to ensure data accuracy
Maintain compliant accounting systems, policies, and procedures
Prepare, submit, and update Disclosure Statements
Lead DCAA audits and support resolution of findings
Monitor CAS/FAR compliance, including cost structures, labor distribution, and allocations
Provide leadership and develop team capabilities

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting or related field required
10+ years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, including managerial experience
Strong knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP is required
Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work in fast paced, matrixed environments
