Responsibilities

Monitors quality indicators with a proactive approach and takes steps to reduce deficiencies
Identifies and corrects process gaps within service channels, implementing solutions for better performance
Prepares periodic reports on quality volumes
Mitigate negative impacts and loss of business
Supports project delivery by providing technical process expertise to align projects with established practices
Conducts investigations and reviews of data practices to identify compliance issues and recommend actions
Independently collect and analyze operational data, using standard tools to make recommendations that support departmental decisions
Assess and evaluate projects deliverables and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Plans and conducts reviews of business data and metrics using standard methodologies, to identify weaknesses and recommend actions to improve performance
Review and interpret information and provide advice to internal clients on an appropriate action, to comply with procedural and regulatory requirements
Maintain document audit trail of activities to protect and support the organization, and the business in delivery standardization
Performs other duties as required

Required

Knowledge of state and federal FMLA regulations
Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance
Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact and collaborate with various internal partners including leadership
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
3 or more years of job related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Knowledge of medical disability management
