Responsibilities
Serve as Palantir subject-matter expert during sales pursuits
Facilitate discovery sessions and co-create solutions with clients
Advise on the fit of Palantir platforms (Foundry, AIP, Gotham) for client challenges
Contribute technical insights to proposals and scoping documents
Collaborate with account teams to define business value and implementation strategies
Lead solution design for initial Palantir engagements, converting business challenges into Foundry/AIP solutions
Act as delivery lead during phases like pilots and implementations
Define data integration patterns, ontologies, and workflows within Palantir
Guide clients in best practices and platform concepts, ensuring quality and alignment
Act as a trusted advisor to client data, analytics, and business leaders
Collaborate with Palantir field teams and partners to enhance execution and credibility
Qualification
Required
10+ years in data, analytics, or enterprise platform delivery
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham
Proven track record in consulting sales cycles or pre-sales engagements
Experience leading pilots and platform rollouts
Strong grasp of data platforms, integration, and analytics workflows
Practical experience with Foundry concepts (pipelines, ontologies)
Familiarity with AI/ML enablement and operational analytics
Skilled in translating complex business problems into technical solutions
Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments
Hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on execution
Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently while coordinating with leadership
