Resident Relations Coordinator
Responsibilities
Respond to residents via phone and email
Facilitate proper escalation to both community and regional leaders
Partner with home office team members to address and resolve issues at the community level
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills keeping service top of mind with all internal and external customers
Ability to continuously demonstrate a courteous and professional tone – both written and verbal
Flexible, adaptable, and able to stay composed under pressure
Strong attention to detail, great organization skills
