IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
F.E. Moran Group of Companies is a diverse organization providing a wide range of services including HVAC and Mechanical Services. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support over 750 users across the United States by providing exceptional first-level IT service and support.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact and triage inbound technical calls and emails, maintaining ownership until resolution is found
Diagnose hardware, software, printing and network connectivity issues and resolve as appropriate
Install, configure and maintain end user hardware, software and peripherals
Provide consistently high quality, professional and solution-oriented service approach with end users
Physical setup of workstations, troubleshoot multimedia conference room setups, and install additional IT equipment
Occasional travel to satellite offices for in-person support and installation
Assist with documentation of Help Desk processes
Work closely with IT Support Lead, IT Manager, and the rest of the team for troubleshooting support
Contribute to internal facing IT projects
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn, IT is a constantly changing landscape and to be successful in this position requires you to always be moving your skills forward
Ability to translate technical concepts into easily digestible instructions for non-technical staff
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Ability to diagnose a problem by working with end user to better understand the problem and to come to a root cause and solution
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, responding quickly and executing rapidly as both an individual and within the team
Experience supporting Windows Desktop
Experience supporting Active Directory
Experience supporting Azure/Office 365
Experience with remote support tools
Basic Understanding of Networking and Server Environments
Minimum 1-year Help Desk experience
