This role plays a key part in supporting active project teams by maintaining accurate project coordination, managing vendor communication, and supporting workflows that ensure operational and client-facing excellence.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, field operations, and procurement teams
Track projects and maintain accurate documentation across multiple jobs
Coordinate vendor communication and manage workflows related to active projects
Maintain up-to-date documentation for project budgets, forecasts, and vendor activity
Contribute to project closeout reporting and operational audits
Assist in the onboarding of new project workflows and operational processes
Prepare bid packages, project resumes, and qualification submittals
Help maintain marketing materials and client-facing collateral
Support outreach efforts for upcoming opportunities and prequalification portals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, job cost tracking, or operations support
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or project management systems
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with construction, engineering, or manufacturing project environments
