Client Onboarding Coordinator
Campaign Nucleus is a SaaS platform that supports political campaigns and advocacy organizations. They are seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they effectively implement the platform and realize value quickly.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, from initial welcome through to successful go-live and first value realization
Conduct personalized onboarding calls, product demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions (via Zoom) tailored to each customer's goals, use cases, and team size
Develop and execute customized onboarding plans, including setup guidance, best-practice recommendations, data migration support, and integration assistance
Proactively identify and remove roadblocks — technical issues, knowledge gaps, or process challenges — to accelerate time-to-value
Educate customers on key features, workflows, and optimization strategies to drive high feature adoption and ROI
Monitor onboarding progress using CRM tools and product analytics; track milestones, completion rates, and health metrics
Perform regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure sustained momentum after initial kickoff
Collect and document customer feedback, pain points, and success stories; relay insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client Services teams to inform improvements
Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Client Services teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experience
Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of onboarding resources and resource library (playbooks, templates, checklists, knowledge base articles, video tutorials)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Implementation Specialist, Technical Account Management, or SaaS Support
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Empathetic, proactive, and highly organized with strong project management abilities (comfortable juggling multiple customer onboardings simultaneously)
Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for driving adoption and reducing churn
Experience using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and basic product analytics tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
Preferred
Experience with political campaigns or non-profits
Proven track record working with SaaS products — strong understanding of subscription-based software and customer lifecycle
Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, APIs, or integrations
Experience or interest with political organizations or non-profit organizations
