Responsibilities
Perform final quality inspections on completed computer systems prior to shipment
Verify systems against:
Engineering documentation and build standards
Contractual and customer requirements
Configuration, labeling, and serialization accuracy
Review and validate functional testing, burn-in, and acceptance results
Ensure all QC documentation, inspection checklists, and records are complete and accurate
Identify non-conformances, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions
Serve as the final sign-off authority authorizing systems for shipment
Enforce quality standards
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in production-floor QC
Confidence to make independent release decisions in a regulated, high-reliability environment
Ability to perform final quality inspections on completed computer systems prior to shipment
Ability to verify systems against engineering documentation and build standards
Ability to verify systems against contractual and customer requirements
Ability to verify configuration, labeling, and serialization accuracy
Ability to review and validate functional testing, burn-in, and acceptance results
