Responsibilities
Participate in designing and producing novel gene therapies candidates
Develop NGS-based high throughput in vitro screens
Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
Author and review protocols, electronic notebook entries, technical reports, and scientific publications
Collaborate with peers within the Gene Editing team and broader research teams to develop candidate therapeutics
Maintain proper documentation of experimental procedures and results
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. degree in biological sciences discipline with 1 year of industry experience (No B.S. or M.S. degree)
Main experience is with NGS (next generation sequencing), gene editing, gene therapy, molecular biology (PCR, QPCR, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, molecular cloning/cloning)
Other required experience: mammalian cell culture and protein purification or expression
Local candidates only; GC holder and US Citizen only
Preferred
Plus point experience: Flow cytometry – related to cell culture; AAV (Adeno-associated virus) /LNP (Lipid nanoparticles) – related with Gene therapy; In vivo work; Immunology
