Lead core GL activities including accruals, reconciliations, and close support
Maintain balance sheet integrity and analyze account activity
Partner with leadership on reporting, audits, and technical accounting matters
Support ERP optimization and process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data
Qualification
Required
4-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GL, month-end close, and reconciliation background
Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track highly preferred
ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
