Responsibilities
Assist with monthly financial analysis by gathering data, organizing inputs, and preparing preliminary variance observations with team guidance
Support forecast and planning updates by refreshing assumptions, schedules, and basic financial model components
Help refresh and validate Power BI dashboards by pulling data, running checks, and performing basic troubleshooting
Research and help resolve issues using problem-solving and analytical skills
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support department and company objectives
Collaborate with team members while contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree related to accounting, finance, or a similar field
Coursework or academic experience relevant to accounting, finance, or financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Openness to feedback and adaptability in a professional environment

Preferred
Internship or project-based experience is helpful but not required
