Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate live engagement across digital platforms during sports events
Respond to audience comments in real time while maintaining brand tone and voice
Foster positive, inclusive, and engaging online communities
Identify, escalate, and manage inappropriate or policy-violating content
Adapt messaging style based on event context, audience sentiment, and brand guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth live-event coverage
Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency during high-volume engagement periods
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in German (written and reading comprehension required)
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital engagement
Ability to adapt quickly to different brand voices and communication styles
Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
Comfortable with client-facing communication
Strong interest in sports
Knowledge of American football, soccer, and boxing is a plus
Experience moderating live sports or entertainment events
A dedicated laptop or desktop
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Reliable internet connection
