Human Resources Supervisor- Benefits
NEOGOV is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Benefits Supervisor to oversee the City’s benefits operations. This role involves leading a team of Benefits Analysts, ensuring efficient administration while driving strategic initiatives in policy development and compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Benefits Analysts ensuring efficient day-to-day administration
Drive strategic initiatives in policy development, compliance, and system enhancements
Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and external vendors to deliver a seamless benefits experience for employees
Maintain regulatory compliance and implement new programs
Serve as a trusted resource for staff and employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Public Administration, or closely related field from an accredited educational institution
Five years' professional level human resources or organizational development experience and at least one year of lead or management experience in people or projects
Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work
Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted
Preferred
Certification from SHRM (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) and/or HRCI (e.g., PHR or SPHR) preferred
Prior experience working within a municipal or public sector setting is highly desirable
