Responsibilities
Over all experience of 7 to 8 years
3+ years of Java Development / ADF experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager, including: Customer Connect Development. Approval workflows. Customer scheduled tasks and reconciliation
2+ years developing webservices connectors, i. e. Remedy salesforce, API, Workday etc
2+ years using Oracle PL/SQL
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong experience with Identity Management, Concepts and implementation
Strong understanding of LDAP, active directory, database
Strong understanding of Overall user access management
Strong written, verbal and communication skills
Experience supporting integrations across multiple application environments
Experience working with in large infrastructures
Experience with supporting testing of deliverables in different environments
Experience mentoring junior team
Experience providing technical leadership
