Budget Analyst

Responsibilities

Perform technical analytical work in preparing the annual budget for the California Air Resources Board (CARB)
Prepare and review Budget Change Proposals (BCPs)
Prepare monthly enterprise reports
Assist staff and managers in budgetary requests
Reconcile expenditures and encumbrances
Complete annual technical budgetary drills
