Responsibilities
Strong business development skills ability to seek out and develop new customer opportunities
Provide prompt support for opportunities or issues by the sales force, AE’s and manufacturer’s rep teams
Escalate and manage complex issues requiring factory engineering support to applicable supplier
Develop a detailed and steadily increasing knowledge of relevant products
Create supplier related business plans to meet annual sales budgets including business analysis, competitive landscape, challenges and obstacles
Plan, coordinate and present regular business reviews for key accounts with management teams
Present training and mentoring to internal staff
Attend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market and trends
Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales
Meet quarterly business goals
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience
Technical knowledge and/or Bachelor's degree (Engineering is preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Must be extremely flexible due to the changing priority of project initiatives
Effective negotiation skills
Must have great attention to detail in planning and documentation
Self-motivated, client-focused and possess the ability to work well under pressure
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel, work independently and/or with sales people
