Responsibilities
Administer and support financial, HR, and other enterprise business applications, along with associated integration tools used by finance, HR, and operational stakeholders
Evaluate user needs, business processes, and system issues to recommend improvements to applications and workflows
Serve as a third-level escalation point for Help Desk incidents related to business and desktop software applications
Coordinate with third-party software vendors and consulting partners on system support, troubleshooting, and implementations
Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for IT teams and end users
Plan, execute, and coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and patches in collaboration with IT and business teams
Maintain working knowledge of organizational business processes and relevant regulatory or compliance considerations
Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and post-deployment stabilization activities
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and client-service skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and structured change management
Proven ability to analyze and support complex business processes
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels
Preferred
Experience with financial management and/or time and billing systems preferred; exposure to industry-specific platforms is a plus
Working knowledge of MSSQL, ETL processes, FTP automation, REST APIs, and application integration technologies preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in a comparable systems analyst or application support role preferred
