Responsibilities
Translate functional requirements into technical designs with minimal supervision
Build efficient procedures and scripts to support complex batch operations that import, export and modify large volumes of data
Optimize performance through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL workflows using SSIS
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
Follow best practices for database security, reliability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in SQL Server development, including advanced TSQL, stored procedure design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
Proficient in building and maintaining SSIS based ETL workflows and comfortable working with complex data models and large datasets
Capable of interpreting functional specifications and translating them into robust technical solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for ETL automation is beneficial
