Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects from concept through store installation
Act as a secondary client interface for timelines, deliverables, and risks
Enforce project discipline through structured plans and approval gates
Oversee estimation, BOMs, and vendor negotiations with our manufacturing partners
Mentor PMs through stretch projects and build team capability
Manage risk escalations to leadership and make trade-off decisions
Qualification
Required
6+ years project management experience with strategic, client-facing accounts in retail
Strong experience in manufacturing, vendor management, estimation, and logistics. Confident in reading & understanding manufacturing drawings
Proven record of leading ambiguous or high-pressure programs
Excellent executive presence with confidence leading client and leadership meetings
Fully proficient in Excel
Preferred
Experience in Smartsheet's, Slack
