Mid LevelMTK Technologies is seeking a Tenovos Connect Resource to design, develop, configure, and maintain integration and automation solutions using the Tenovos Connect platform. The role involves collaborating with various teams to connect Tenovos with enterprise systems and automate content-centric business processes.

Responsibilities
Architect, build, implement, and support integration recipes/workflows using Tenovos Connect (connectors, triggers, actions)
Integrate Tenovos DAM with external enterprise systems (CMS, PIM, CRM, e-commerce, analytics, collaboration tools)
Configure connectors, connections, triggers, and actions to automate tasks such as asset movement, notifications, metadata synchronization, and event-driven workflows
Troubleshoot and optimize integration jobs/instantiations to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map out workflow processes, and design scalable automation solutions
Monitor, document, and maintain production integration solutions including error handling, versioning, and governance
Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams on integration best practices and use of Tenovos Connect features
Produce clear technical documentation (integration logic, configuration steps, API usage guides)
Support integration testing, user acceptance, go-live activities, and post-deployment enhancements
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Tenovos Connect or similar integration/automation platforms
Strong understanding of integration concepts: APIs, web services, triggers/events, workflows, connectors
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) principles and content lifecycle
Ability to translate business requirements into reusable automation flows and integration designs
Experience working with connectors for common enterprise tools (CMS, CRM, PIM, collaboration)
Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and performance bottlenecks
Preferred
Experience with JavaScript, JSON, or API integration scripting
Experience with other integration platforms (Zapier, Workfront Fusion, MuleSoft, etc.)
Prior experience in digital asset management (DAM) environments
Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation best practices
