Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting the guests upon entry
Check guests purchased tickets and Escort guests to tables and bar seating
Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels, and communicating to the Resturant Manger of low stock items
Responsible for managing both walk in and reservations
Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
Weekend availability
Must be 18 or over
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
6 month or more previous experience preferred
