Responsibilities
Assume a high level of complex and/or critical assignments within the Systems Product Engineering team
Project leadership for system/companywide projects requiring cross organizational teams
Plan/manage integration and implementation of new technologies
Recognized as an internal authority and expert in the discipline and related fields, and is sought after as such
Apply advanced concepts and contributes to advancing company products and processes to achieve organizational objectives in a creative and effective manner
Work on unique and complex problems due to the knowledge of advanced principles and techniques
Interact, present to and influence all levels of management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor/Master's Degree in related Engineering discipline
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in vacuum systems and design within the Semiconductor / Automation industry
3D modeling skills. Creo preferred
Customer interactions and International travel may be expected
