They are seeking a Head of Founder & Venture Partnerships to establish their presence in the startup ecosystem by sourcing founder leads through relationships with VCs and other entities.

Responsibilities
Build and own Markeltree’s presence across the startup ecosystem
Source all founder leads through relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and coworking spaces
Run founder office hours, review MVPs, assess AI feasibility, and decide which founders to work with
Qualification
Required
Computer science or technical background required (CS degree or equivalent hands-on experience)
Strong understanding of software development, AI systems, and early-stage product decisions
Existing relationships within the startup, VC, accelerator, or coworking ecosystem (Miami preferred)
Proven ability to generate warm founder introductions independently
Comfortable advising founders on MVP scope, architecture, and AI feasibility
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in startups, venture capital, accelerators, or founder support roles
Must work on-site in Miami — no remote or hybrid
