Responsibilities
Designing end-to-end product experiences across social and AI-driven products
Deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and emerging use cases
Rapidly exploring, prototyping, and iterating using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools
Partnering closely with engineering to ship high-quality, polished experiences
Using qualitative research, product data, and intuition to guide decisions
Contributing to shared design systems and product standards
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to concisely and accurately share knowledge with teammates
Experience designing end-to-end product experiences across social and AI-driven products
Deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and emerging use cases
Ability to rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools
Experience partnering closely with engineering to ship high-quality, polished experiences
Ability to use qualitative research, product data, and intuition to guide decisions
Contribution to shared design systems and product standards
Experience shipping meaningful consumer product features on web and/or mobile
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Embrace new design and engineering workflows, including AI-assisted tooling
Care deeply about craft, clarity, and user experience
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines
Interest in language models, social systems, or both
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution
Experience designing consumer-facing products at scale
Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools
Experience working closely with engineers and product partners
