Responsibilities
Work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters including antitrust, construction, product liability, real estate, financial services, energy, and other areas
Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules
Manage a myriad of deadlines and thrive in a team environment
Experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel
Mediation, arbitration, and trial experience is a plus
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of litigation experience
Strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules
Highly motivated
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Diligent
High energy
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work independently to manage a myriad of deadlines

Experience with taking depositions
