Responsibilities
Optimize firmwide workflow and ensure a seamless process
Support work assignment, capacity planning, and prioritization
Own operational reporting, dashboards, and EOS scorecards (“truth teller”)
Analyze data related to workflow, capacity, and client engagements
Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives
Manage cross-functional operational and technology projects
Support software implementations, training, and adoption
Partner with IT and internal teams on systems, data, and AI initiatives
Support M&A-related data and integration projects
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data, reporting, and dashboard experience
Software and IT engagement experience
Lean Six Sigma background or openness to using Six Sigma tools
Project management experience
Leadership presence with ability to influence without authority
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Professional services experience
EOS®, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure
