Responsibilities
Define and execute PLM transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals
Develop a roadmap for PLM implementation and continuous improvement
Lead PLM system deployment, upgrades, and integrations with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems
Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, compliance, and process standardization
Drive organizational change through stakeholder engagement, training, and communication
Promote adoption of PLM tools and processes across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Identify gaps and opportunities in current product development processes
Implement best practices for BOM management, configuration control, and digital thread continuity
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver PLM projects on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
10+ years of experience in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill)
Proven track record in leading PLM transformation programs
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, CAD/ERP integration, and digital manufacturing
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in change management and process re-engineering
BE/BTECH
Preferred
Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing sectors
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital twin concepts
PMP or similar project management certification
