Responsibilities

Compiling and submitting all timesheets, invoices, purchase requisitions, travel requests/authorizations, reimbursement requests, and purchase/delivery orders
Conducts monthly reviews of ledger balance summaries and audit trials to ensure appropriate expenditures
Assist with the region’s semi-annual audits, quarterly reports for Reimbursable Service Agreements, and other financial reports
Perform other regional administrative tasks as needed

Required

Six months of entry-level technical experience in one or more administrative functional areas such as human resources, accounting, administration, and procurement
One year of advanced-level clerical experience
One year of post-secondary education from an accredited college (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours equals 1 year)
One year of any combination of post-secondary education, vocational education, and/or advanced-level clerical experience
Experience in performing administrative work
Working knowledge of State of Alaska purchasing, travel, and timekeeping procedures
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex procedures
The ability to work independently
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
