ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Part Time
MPG Media Services is a well-established agency based in Louisville, Kentucky, specializing in tailored media buying and advertising solutions. They are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day operations by providing administrative assistance to account and sales teams, ensuring projects are organized and documentation is accurate.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to account executives, sales, and management teams
Prepare, format, and update client-facing materials including presentations and reports
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Assist with proposal preparation
Organize files, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus
Experience with Social Media Marketing Campaigns is a plus
