Marketing Content Manager
Jump Associates is looking for a Marketing Content Manager to run their marketing system and produce engaging content. The role involves collaborating with internal voices and creative partners to enhance Jump's online presence and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
You’ll own the execution of Jump’s marketing system across multiple channels, including:
Future Focused Letter. Help produce Dev’s weekly letter: fact check, copy edit, and publish letters to email, Substack, Forbes and jumpassociates.com
Social Media. Grow Jump’s online presence: post relevant and compelling content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels
Thought Leadership. Help Jumpsters create thought leadership: work with internal experts to develop, write, edit and publish white papers and articles
Jump Podcast. Produce the Jump Podcast: record episodes, edit and publish recordings, create clips and track audience
Jump Offsite. Support the production of Jump’s annual conference: research speakers, suggest participants, help develop the agenda
Speakerships. Help coordinate speaking events for Jump thought leaders: connect with speaker bureaus, associations, and conference organizers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from a top 25 nationally ranked university or college
Experience in professional services
3-5 years in content-driven marketing, communications, or journalism
Strong writing abilities across formats: email, web, social, and ideally audio
Familiarity with SME digital marketing tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive (or similar CRM), Substack, Canva, MailChimp, WordPress, iMovie, Podbean
