Junior Project Manager- HRIS
DynPro Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager for their HRIS team to lead HR technology initiatives. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing project scope and timelines, and ensuring alignment with HR processes and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and external vendors
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go‐live readiness
Ensure alignment to HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee experience goals
Facilitate governance, decision‐making, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing HRIS or enterprise technology projects, preferably in HR or Payroll domains
Familiarity with HR systems such as HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, or Talent platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical audiences
Experience working with vendors and cross‐functional delivery teams
Preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, or Greenhouse
