Commercial real estate leasing, including drafting and negotiating complex lease agreements
Representation of developers, investors, companies, and franchisees in real estate transactions
Acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
Review and negotiation of franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers
Asset acquisitions and general corporate real estate support
Direct client interaction and collaboration with partners and senior attorneys
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of commercial real estate law experience
Strong leasing background with hands-on drafting and negotiation experience
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to manage matters independently in a fast-paced law firm environment
Preferred
Experience with franchise or distribution matters preferred
