Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S
Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries
Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs
Support team success through daily meetings and strong cooperation
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable being hybrid in the Columbus office 2 days/week
Ability to speak, read, write both in Spanish and in English
Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career
No prior licensing or insurance experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Ideal
Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service (Call center experience is a plus!)
