Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location
Conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols on a regular and random basis throughout the property, including offices, lobbies, and perimeter areas, documenting observations per site requirements
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and request assistance from on-site management and/or public emergency services as needed
Monitor access points and visitor flow, help to deter unauthorized entry, and verify identification and/or authorization in accordance with site procedures
Complete required reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate notable conditions to supervisors and/or site contacts
Qualification
Required
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
Possess proof of a high school diploma or GED
Be at least 21 years of age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
