Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management with proven experience in overseeing budgets and financial performance
Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management to execute organizational initiatives effectively
Proven leadership in delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute on projects in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in the healthcare industry or hospital operations is a strong advantage
