Responsibilities
Advise the customer in satellite operations and ground command & control sustainment tasks
Author, review and help execute satellite operational procedures
Configure and run simulations to support procedure validation
Provide technical recommendations to the customer engineers and operators
Perform satellite data trending and analysis so that spacecraft performance can be monitored and analyzed
Perform ground computer system software and database testing
Execute procedure and results analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
2+ years of experience working in Systems Engineering
Experience in a large or small team environment
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Preferred
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher
Experience responding to anomalies for on-orbit communications satellites
Experience working closely with US Military customers in an operational and training environment
2+ years of experience in testing and validation
