Customer Service Specialist
Gateway Group Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer accounts in a designated US territory. The role involves processing customer orders, fulfilling RFQs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods by collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including working with Purchase Orders
Change Order Management: review customer technical specifications, drawings, and applications to determine the appropriate product to be quoted (electrical/technical)
Order Processing: collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to fulfill orders based on client specifications and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience managing customer accounts, sales order processing, inventory management, shipping and invoicing
Preferred
4-year college degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Communications
Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce
