New Grad, Entry LevelHarbor Health is currently hiring an experienced individual to develop and maintain relationships with the local hospitals, physicians and the community to drive resident referrals. The role involves growing relationships to ensure referral opportunities and converting referrals to new residents.

Responsibilities
Grow new relationships to ensure referral opportunities in hospitals and other sources
Convert referrals to new residents
Performs follow-up on all inquiries who have not yet converted to admissions
Conducts admissions counseling and tours with potential families
Coordinate new admissions with the facility team
Ensure the resident room is clean and prepared appropriately before arrival
Ensures proper completion, signing and distribution of paperwork
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent
Highly responsible individual capable of working independently
Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong customer service approach and sales-oriented personality
Preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or marketing
Bilingual
