InternWilson Trailer Company is an industry leading manufacturer of trailers, and they are seeking a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026 at their manufacturing plant. The intern will be responsible for reviewing and composing operating procedures, assisting with equipment repair, and producing prototypes using 3D printers.

Responsibilities
Review and compose operating procedures for manufacturing processes
Design and model fixturing and material holding equipment
Assist plant engineers and techs with equipment repair
Produce prototypes and production parts from 3D printers
Qualification
Required
Able to comprehend Engineering systems, for retrieval, filing and revising of drawings and bills of material
Must be proficient with computers and basic office software
Must demonstrate the desire to learn and acquire product line knowledge
Must demonstrate the desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
Able to work in heavy manufacturing environment
Must wear safety-toed boots, hard hat, & ear plugs while on work floor
Pre-employment drug screen required
A Background Check will be conducted
Preferred
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering disciplines preferred
College Freshman or Sophomore status preferred
CAD experience beneficial
Possibility of minimal overnight travel
