Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and large-scale initiatives
Define program strategy, goals, scope, timeline, and success metrics
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and accountability
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
Monitor progress and prepare clear, concise status reports for leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices in program and project management
Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships where applicable
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
Facilitate effective communication across teams, maintaining a professional, humble, and solution-oriented approach
Support organizational strategy and contribute to long-term planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with exposure to large, complex initiatives
Strong understanding of program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with humility, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit
Preferred
Master's degree
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications
